Call Studio has many features that you won't find anywhere else in a single system and some that you maybe didn't know you needed. Also, everything is configurable online - right down to being able to upload your own audio.

Recordings & Playback
- Search for calls by any parameter. This includes date/time, number, length.
- After listening to a call, a rating and comment can be assigned, ideal for using for training purposes.
- Play calls back immediately online without any additional software.
- Download individual or multiple calls in one easy process.

Calls are stored on our high end servers in a secured data centre.
Call Storage
- Unlimited Call Storage
- Calls are stored for up to 6 years
- All calls are stored on secure servers in restricted access data centres.
- Calls can be deleted online or stored for longer periods on request.
- Calls can be sent to an email address as an attachment.

Calls are stored on our secure, high end servers.
Call Handling
- Numbers can be assigned opening hours. Your own "out of hours" message can be played.
- Voicemails can be recorded when a call comes in that is out of office hours, engaged or that has not been answered.
- A default introduction message can be set or you can upload your own audio.
- A "whisper" message can be played to the recipient only. This can include the caller's
number. For example, "Incoming call from 07712 345 678".
