What is Call Studio?
Call Studio is a hosted voice recording service that can capture and store both inbound and outbound telephone calls from fixed line or mobile.
For inbound recording, your company would be provided with a non geographical number (0845, 0800 etc) of your choice which would then sit on top of your main telephone number. As people call your new Non geographical number, all calls are automatically recorded and stored on our unique Call Recording platform.
We will also provide you with a unique pre-dial number and PIN that will manage your outbound recording too.
Once the call is complete, the recording is stored on our systems and accessed via any computer with internet access and a web browser. From the Call Studio platform, you can play and download your recordings and view detailed call statistics
